Do I need to change my residence card if I change my address?
We Guarantee Obtaining Your Residence Card
Legalization of foreigners in Poland with a guarantee of a positive outcome, stipulated in the contract
HOW WE CAN HELP
Work-Based Residence Permit
To apply for a temporary residence card based on employment in Wrocław, you need to have official employment, a salary not less than the national minimum on the application date, health insurance, and a completed Załącznik 1 form. Other documents will vary depending on your citizenship.
Family Reunification Residence Permit
You can apply for family reunification in two different cases. In each case, the primary document will be your marriage or birth certificate to prove your relationship with the person whose residence card you wish to join. This card offers numerous benefits.
Business-Based Residence Permit
One of the most complex and document-intensive grounds for applying for a temporary residence card. If you own a company or sole proprietorship in Poland, in almost all cases, you are required to apply for the card based on this first, even if you have other application options. Business takes priority.
Other Grounds
You can also obtain a temporary residence card (karta czasowego pobytu) on other grounds such as:
- Blue Card (highly qualified employment)
- University studies
- and several other less common grounds than those listed above.
Permanent Residence by Ancestry
You can apply for a permanent residence card if your close relatives were or are Polish by nationality: mother or father, grandmother or grandfather, great-grandmother and great-grandfather (both). Kinship must be confirmed by original documents, and the document proving your relative was Polish must be of Soviet origin issued before 1993. Updated documents are not accepted.
Permanent Residence by Pole’s Card
If you hold a Pole’s Card, you can apply for a permanent residence card directly, bypassing other grounds. Additionally, the inspector must be convinced of your intention to stay in Poland long-term. Proofs may include studies, a lease agreement for one year or more, an employment contract for the same period, and other evidence acceptable to the inspector.
EU Resident Card
After living in Poland for 5 or more years, you become eligible to apply for the EU resident card. This is also a permanent residence card that allows you to obtain a Polish passport later. The main requirements are official employment in the last three years before application and a state-certified language proficiency certificate at B1 level.

Our realtors are licensed professionals with many years of experience in real estate. We will support the transaction from finding the right property to handing over the keys. Throughout this time, we take full responsibility for your legal stay in Poland. The guarantee of a positive outcome is stipulated in our contract ( §6, item 3 ).
Thanks to the optimization of the entire process, your involvement in obtaining the residence card is minimized. After signing the contract, we only meet for document preparation and on the day of submission at the office.

We represent your interests, correspond and speak with the inspector by phone, write expediting letters and reminders, submit various applications, make document corrections, etc. All of this is done without your direct participation.
Also, in cases of prolonged processing times, we file a court complaint on your behalf. All expediting procedures are included in the full support service cost. You do not pay anything extra during the process.
We maintain constant communication throughout the cooperation. We highly value our clients and their time and understand how important this can be.
