HOW WE CAN HELP
Temporary Residence Card

Other Services

Work-Based Residence Permit

To apply for a temporary residence card based on employment in Wrocław, you need to have official employment, a salary not less than the national minimum on the application date, health insurance, and a completed Załącznik 1 form. Other documents will vary depending on your citizenship.

Family Reunification Residence Permit

You can apply for family reunification in two different cases. In each case, the primary document will be your marriage or birth certificate to prove your relationship with the person whose residence card you wish to join. This card offers numerous benefits.

Business-Based Residence Permit

One of the most complex and document-intensive grounds for applying for a temporary residence card. If you own a company or sole proprietorship in Poland, in almost all cases, you are required to apply for the card based on this first, even if you have other application options. Business takes priority.

Other Grounds

You can also obtain a temporary residence card (karta czasowego pobytu) on other grounds such as:
- Blue Card (highly qualified employment)
- University studies
- and several other less common grounds than those listed above.

Permanent Residence by Ancestry

You can apply for a permanent residence card if your close relatives were or are Polish by nationality: mother or father, grandmother or grandfather, great-grandmother and great-grandfather (both). Kinship must be confirmed by original documents, and the document proving your relative was Polish must be of Soviet origin issued before 1993. Updated documents are not accepted.

Permanent Residence by Pole’s Card

If you hold a Pole’s Card, you can apply for a permanent residence card directly, bypassing other grounds. Additionally, the inspector must be convinced of your intention to stay in Poland long-term. Proofs may include studies, a lease agreement for one year or more, an employment contract for the same period, and other evidence acceptable to the inspector.

EU Resident Card

After living in Poland for 5 or more years, you become eligible to apply for the EU resident card. This is also a permanent residence card that allows you to obtain a Polish passport later. The main requirements are official employment in the last three years before application and a state-certified language proficiency certificate at B1 level.

Realtor Services

If you need to rent, buy, or sell residential property in Wrocław, we can also assist you. Need help obtaining a housing loan? No problem. Our realtors are licensed professionals with many years of experience in real estate. We will support the transaction from finding the right property to handing over the keys. Our credit consultant will assess your creditworthiness and find the most favorable loan options with the lowest interest rates.

Consultations

In addition to all the above, we provide paid consultations at our office. Unsure how to proceed with your legalization? Feeling confused? We will definitely help.

Document Review

How Our Cooperation Works

We provide full support services for your residence card application, from the moment the contract is signed until you receive a positive decision. Throughout this time, we take full responsibility for your legal stay in Poland. The guarantee of a positive outcome is stipulated in our contract ( §6, item 3 ).

Thanks to the optimization of the entire process, your involvement in obtaining the residence card is minimized. After signing the contract, we only meet for document preparation and on the day of submission at the office.
By power of attorney, our company communicates with the office on your behalf. We represent your interests, correspond and speak with the inspector by phone, write expediting letters and reminders, submit various applications, make document corrections, etc. All of this is done without your direct participation.

Also, in cases of prolonged processing times, we file a court complaint on your behalf. All expediting procedures are included in the full support service cost. You do not pay anything extra during the process.

We maintain constant communication throughout the cooperation. We highly value our clients and their time and understand how important this can be. Therefore, on working days, our managers respond to all your questions within 30 minutes. Our company continuously works on service quality and improving our support.

Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the most common client inquiries.
Do I need to change my residence card if I change my address?
No, if you already have the decision in your hands, no action is required. If you change your address during the application process, you must notify the office. Contact your manager – we will help you do this correctly.
Can I work with a residence card without an additional permit?
Yes, if your residence card is based on employment or obtained under the "pobyt z cudzoziemcem" basis, which includes the right to work. In other cases, a separate employer’s permit is required.
What should I do if my residence card application is denied?
You can file an appeal (odwołanie) or prepare documents for a new application (if you have legal grounds to stay at the time of the refusal). We analyze the case, eliminate the reasons for refusal, and prepare documents for resubmission.

What is the difference between a temporary residence card and a permanent one?
Temporary residence card is issued for a maximum of 3 years and depends on the basis (work, study, business, family).
Permanent residence card – the decision is issued indefinitely, the plastic residence card is replaced every 10 years (permanent residence), every 5 years (resident card).
Can I change my employer if I already have a residence card?
Yes, but you must notify the Urząd and update the decision or submit documents for a new residence card. Much depends on your citizenship. We assist with the process of updating data and submitting the appropriate application.
What should I do if the Urząd requests additional documents?
You must provide all requested documents within the specified deadline. Even if the inspector asks for something you have already submitted. This is IMPORTANT. We help prepare correct responses, collect missing documents, and support the client until a positive decision is received.
